I made these for a cookie swap party and they were the rave. I have made them several times and shared with all my neighbors. They are the peprfect hristmas cookie. I used little candy canes crushed in a plastic bag to sprinkle on top, and found that the dust from them sprikled along with some small pieces makes them look even prettier. I did them with half white and half chocolate.

EASY and great tasting cookies to make especially for a cookie exchange which required me to make 6 dozen cookies.
I got great reviews! (My husband aka my official taster approved!!)
It calls for a FEW (MORE THAN JUST THREE)ingredients. I guess they assume that people should have flour and oil in their cupboards, but for the novice bakers, please read the entire recipe first before heading to the store.
Even though it looked good, dipping half the cookie into the melted white choc chips did make it TOO sweet...a drizzle on top with the peppermint sprinkle would suffice.
I will definitely make this again with a few adjustments!

Forget the debate on the number of ingrediates, these cookies are GREAT. Easy to make and taste good. For other holidays I plan to change the peppermint to sprinkles. Try this recipe.

Such an easy "cheating" cookie. I used candy canes and a rolling pin, I bet that was easier than the round candies.

This cookie was a suprisingly great cookie. The sugar cookie, chocolate and peppermint go together deliciously. The toughest part of this prep was crushing the pepperment, everything else was a breeze. This cookie was delicious to the pallet, fun to make, and pretty simple to make. The kids will love to help with this one. Enjoy, this cookie, it's a keeper!

I made this recipe for my christmas party this past weekend, it was very easy to make. However I do think that the white chocolate made it to sweet (for me), if I make them again I will probably just drizzle the chocolate instead of dipping half of the cookie. Bottom line my guests enjoyed them!

These were OK but really would taste the same if you just sliced and baked them for fast cookies. I thought the icing and candy made them too sweet for me.

Please don't review recipes unless you have made them! Most people don't care if you are 'going' to have fun making these.
These were great, but I left out the flour to have a chewier cookie. Thanks to the reviewers who have actually made this recipe!
