ok, don't know what i did wrong but when i poured the liquid in, only half of the flour mixture went togother, it was thick i couldn't stir it so i added about 2 oz. more if buttermilk. it atleast let me mix the rest of it up. you couldn't tell it had pepper jack cheese in it, was too very bland, no taste. looking into other recipes on quick breads and will see if by adding monterey jack cheese to it. hopefully it will.

Great Recipe...fast and easy...Big hit with the guys at work...will make more tonight!!!
