Pepper Jack Cheese Ball

Ingredients

cups shredded pepper Jack cheese (6 oz)

cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

packages (3 oz each) cream cheese, softened

tablespoon lime juice
1/2
teaspoon onion powder
1/4
cup sliced ripe olives
1/4
cup chopped fresh cilantro
3/4
cup nacho-flavored tortilla chips, crushed

Directions

  • 1 In food processor, place cheeses, lime juice and onion powder.
  • 2 Cover, process until well mixed. Spoon into medium bowl.
  • 3 Stir in olives and cilantro.
  • 4 Place crushed tortilla chips on waxed paper.
  • 5 Spoon cheese mixture onto chips
  • 6 Roll to coat cheese ball with chips. Serve with crackers.

I think I might add a bit of sour cream to it the next time just to make it a little more spreadable

This is a great recipe. I went with TennMom's idea and added some sour cream to it. I also used Blazin Buffalo & Ranch Doritos for the outside
