To keep the meat from becoming tough, I added a little vinegar, use caution, because too much will leave an after taste of vinegar

This was very good. I agree that I would have liked the sauce to be a little thicker. It is a delicious meal and best of all it's quick and easy.

it's tasty and i'll make it again. The only problem is the gravy (sauce) is too loose. It's so good that my family wants to eat every drop of the sauce. But there's quite a bit of sauce left behind in the pan.

This recipe was very easy to make. I actually over-estimated the amount of time it would take to make it (I always take longer than it says). The only complaint that I have...I it made more sauce. I know the recipe is for 2 people, but I ended up doubling the amount of beef broth and sour cream that it called for in an effort to make more sauce. Overall...good!

The overall flavor and simplicity of the recipe was great, the only problem I had was that the sauce was a little too thin. Otherwise it was great and easy!

Wonderful! I was doubtful my husband would like this since he is partial to his mothers stroganoff, but this was a big hit. I wondered about using the chili sauce, but it added a great flavor. An easy to prepare meal that tasted like I had slaved away in the kitchen.

I really like the flavor of this beef stroganoff. It is peppery which I like and it isn't over whelmed with onion flavor like beef stroganoff usually is. The only onion is from the sour cream onions and chives which I used a green onion dip mix in the sour cream instead. I thought that the herb flavor was very good. It is very easy and fast. It took me less than 30 minutes to put this together.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS RECIPE....WAS AWSOME. I USED EVERYTHING IT SAID TO EXCEPT FOR THE FRESH PARSLEY AND I COULDN'T FIND CHIVE AND ONION SOUR CREAM SO I GOT CHIVE AN ONION CREAM CHEESE AND IT WAS AWSOME. I HAVE ANOTHER RECIPE I'VE BEEN MAKING FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS BUT IT WAS ALOT MORE WORK AND THIS ONE WAS A PIECE OF CAKE - DIDN'T TAKE LONG AT ALL TO PUT TOGETHER - WILL DEFINITELY MAKE THIS ONE OFTEN. THANKS!! ALSO, I MYSELF WASN'T SURE ABOUT PUTTING CHILI SAUCE IN IT BUT IT GAVE IT A GREAT FLAVOR!

I made the Pepper-Herb Beef Stroganoff Sunday for dinner and my husband just raved about it. This recipe is very flavorfull and the chili sauce gives it a very distinct flavor which we both loved. Thumbs up on this one.
