To keep the meat from becoming tough, I added a little vinegar, use caution, because too much will leave an after taste of vinegar

This was very good. I agree that I would have liked the sauce to be a little thicker. It is a delicious meal and best of all it's quick and easy.

it's tasty and i'll make it again. The only problem is the gravy (sauce) is too loose. It's so good that my family wants to eat every drop of the sauce. But there's quite a bit of sauce left behind in the pan.

This recipe was very easy to make. I actually over-estimated the amount of time it would take to make it (I always take longer than it says). The only complaint that I have...I it made more sauce. I know the recipe is for 2 people, but I ended up doubling the amount of beef broth and sour cream that it called for in an effort to make more sauce. Overall...good!
