Pepper-Garlic Strip Steaks

A contact grill turns out steaks seasoned with a peppery blend in just 10 minutes.

tablespoons butter, softened

tablespoon Dijon mustard

tablespoon chopped fresh chives

boneless beef top loin steaks (New York, Kansas City or strip steaks)

teaspoon garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2
teaspoon black and red pepper blend
  • 1 Heat closed contact grill 5 minutes. In small bowl, mix butter, mustard and chives; set aside.
  • 2 When grill is heated, sprinkle both sides of steaks with garlic powder, seasoned salt and pepper blend; place on bottom grill surface. Close grill; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until of desired doneness. Top steaks with butter mixture.
