Ingredients

teaspoon garlic powder

teaspoon salt, if desired

teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed

teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed

(12-oz.) can Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Jr. Golden Layers® refrigerated biscuits

teaspoons olive oil

cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4
cup chopped red bell pepper
1
oz. (1/4 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
2
tablespoons grated Romano or Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 400°F. In small bowl, combine garlic powder, salt, basil and oregano; mix well.
  2. 2 Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place 1 biscuit in center of ungreased cookie sheet. Arrange remaining biscuits in circle, edges slightly overlapping, around center biscuit. Gently press out to form 10-inch round.
  3. 3 Brush biscuits with oil. Top with bell peppers and cheeses. Sprinkle garlic powder mixture over top.
  4. 4 Bake at 400°F. for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. To serve, pull apart warm biscuits.
