Pecan-Raisin Mini Tarts

Ingredients

cup sugar
1/4
cup butter or margarine, melted

eggs, slightly beaten

tablespoon white vinegar
1/2
teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2
teaspoon ground nutmeg
1
cup golden raisins
1
cup chopped pecans, toasted
3
packages (1.9 oz each) frozen mini fillo shells
  • 1 Heat oven to 325°F. In large bowl, stir together sugar, butter, eggs, vinegar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in raisins and pecans. Spoon filling evenly into frozen tart shells. Place shells on ungreased large cookie sheet.
  • 2 Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. Cool at least 15 minutes before serving.
