Looking for an easy recipe to treat your guests? Then check out these wonderful mini tarts made with pecans and raisins – perfect for baked dessert.

Ingredients

cup sugar
1/4
cup butter or margarine, melted
2
eggs, slightly beaten
1
tablespoon white vinegar
1/2
teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2
teaspoon ground nutmeg
1
cup golden raisins
1
cup chopped pecans, toasted
3
packages (1.9 oz each) frozen mini fillo shells

Steps

  • 1 Heat oven to 325°F. In large bowl, stir together sugar, butter, eggs, vinegar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in raisins and pecans. Spoon filling evenly into frozen tart shells. Place shells on ungreased large cookie sheet.
  • 2 Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. Cool at least 15 minutes before serving.
