Ingredients

1: roll Pillsbury thin crust pizza dough

1/2: cup brown sugar

1: tbs ground cinnamon

1/2: cup chopped pecans

1: cup powdered sugar

1: tsp vanilla extract

3: tbs milk

Directions

1 preheat oven to 375. grease 12 muffin cups. unroll pizza dough.
2 mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans in a small bowl.
3 sprinkle mixture evenly over dough. roll dough back up tightly and place seam side down.
4 slice the dough into 12 pieces and place spiral side up in muffin tin cups. bake 12 to 15 minutes.
5 while baking, mix powdered sugar, vanilla and milk to make a glaze.
6 place rolls on a serving plate and drizzle glaze evenly over the rolls with a spoon.

I gave this 5 stars because they can be some of the best cinnamon rolls one has put in their mouths, but it needs 2 easy changes. My amazing mom makes homemade cinnamon rolls at the drop off a hat. I, on the other hand, am not that patient. But having been raised on my mom's, I have tweaked this recipe to taste more homemade. 1. Spread melted butter before you add the cinnamon and sugar on the rolled out dough. The second change is to the icing, add melted butter and pure vanilla and it won't have the powder sugar taste. I didn't measure out the powder sugar when I made the icing so I can't g

if your glaze is not flowing enough, add more milk 1 tsp at a time until you get the desired consistency, or if it is too thin, add more powdered sugar
