Ingredients

cups frozen small whole onions, thawed*
1 1/2
cups julienne-cut (2 1/2x1/8x1/8-inch) carrots
1 1/2
cups sliced halved zucchini
1
tablespoon rice or cider vinegar
1/4
teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

Steps

  • 1 In large nonstick skillet, combine onions, carrots and 1/3 cup water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 4 to 6 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender.
  • 2 Add zucchini; cover and cook an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until zucchini is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Drain; stir in vinegar and lemon-pepper seasoning.
