To get the creamiest flavor, I always use Dofino Havarti--it's imported Danish cheese (but still very reasonably priced) that just tastes way better than everything else I've tried. It works well with other fruity recipes too--they have more on their website at www.dofinousa.com.

Very creative. This dish has a delicate and subtle flavor. I added a touch of cardamom to give it a little more flavor. It's a nice dish for a Sunday brunch or get together. I would really enjoy with a light salad. My husband thought it was a nice change-up for getting your eggs.

Looked great so we selected it. Sorry, not for me. Tried it with and without the jam. Without the jam it had no taste, with the jam that is all you taste. maybe it was just me, because the other reviews were all good.
