The vinaigrette is amazing. Make it by the bucket. Goes well with pears, but would be delicious with many other options.

Absolutely fabulous salad...light, airy and delicious!! Made it yesterday for the first time and took to a football game party! I should have doubled the recipe because even the guys inhaled it! :) Got RAVE reviews from everybody! And I had to resort to canned pears because the ones I bought hadn't ripened enough to use yet! The maple vinaigrette is delicious!

Dressing is wonderful. It's my go-to vinaigrette for all salads.

this salad is delicious it is light ad the fresh pears make it so good. The dressing is very good also. I have made this several times.

Excellent salad the family loved.
