Amazing recipe! I made this for a girls night gathering and it was a huge hit! Layers of flavor - super good! After taking out of oven, I used foil to cover to help steam the spinach and remaining pears. Worked great. I would only suggest adding a pinch of kosher salt over the top. Perfect pairing with Pinot Gris!
