cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter

teaspoon honey

fresh whole strawberries

miniature rice cakes

Directions

  1. 1 In small bowl, combine honey and peanut butter; blend until smooth. Cut each strawberry into 4 round slices.
  2. 2 Spread about 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter mixture on each rice cake. Top 12 of the rice cakes with 1 strawberry slice. Top each with remaining rice cake, peanut butter side down.
