I would use light corn syrup vs. dark

I like to cut calories so I did 1/4 cup splenda baking brown sugar, and fat free canned milk. I also looked for the lowest sugar peanut butter I could find. Saved a bunch of calories, better for anyone with high sugar and still delicious.

This pie was awesome! I topped i with melted chocolate and erved it warm with whipped cream! It was like licking a melted Reese's!

I realized to late that I had almond extract not vanilla. Used it anyhow and loved it.

I would try changing out the crust. I would use chocolate chip cookie dough instead of pie crust. Then I would lower the amount of brown sugar to 1/4 cup to balance out the filling with the sweet crust.

I made two of these. First one the way the recipe is and the second I added 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 6 tablespoons buttermilk.... it came out great!
