these are FABULOUS!!!! So easy and taste like you slaved all day in the kitchen. The cookie cups are chewy and wonderful while the peanut butter creme adds just the right amount of pb taste. Cannot keep these in the house long, everyone loves them.

This recipe is awesome! I have made several times and it is a big hit with the kids, they love them! For some reason my iPad wouldn't let click the stars, but definitely a 5 star recipe!

I made these for my boss' birthday and they were a big hit with the entire office. I would definitely make them again. I did cut the cookie dough in half and used the mini muffin pan.

I bought the 24 chocolate chip chunk kind and cut each cookie in half and put in mini muffin pans with liners. Used no pecans and baked each for about 10 minutes. This made 48 mini size. Used the same amount of white chocolate and peanut butter and put about a teaspoon in each. They were a great hit!

Sorry I didn't use the star rating these are a "10" and to answer suzybel58's question you don't have to press them in the cups at all just place them in and they come out perfect to fill you'll see. Enjoy we did.

Awesome! These were easy to make and delicious, yummy out of this world. I made some with the peanut butter and some with a ganache filling for those who don't like peanut butter (I know who doesn't like PB - my brother). I will be making these often and for many occasions. This recipe is a sure winner, thank-you!

I would really like to make these, but I have a really dumb question. Do you press the cookie up the sides of the paper cup? The recipe says 'place a cookie' but they look like they come all the way up the sides. I know the recipe also says the cookies will sink 'slightly', thanks.

Mary - I haven't had a chance to try your Peanut Butter Creme cookie cups recipe but I am sure glad you were a finalist in the Pillsbury Contest. So glad to meet you and looking forward to a great winter next year. Patti Miller
