Peanut Butter Banana Boats

medium bananas, unpeeled
1/4
cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4
cup peanut butter chips

tablespoons chopped peanuts
  • 1 With sharp knife, make deep cut along inside curve of each banana. Press ends of peel to open.
  • 2 Fill each banana evenly with chocolate and peanut butter chips.
  • 3 Wrap each banana in heavy-duty foil. Place in campfire coals. Heat about 5 minutes or until bananas are tender and chips are melted. Sprinkle with peanuts.
