Ingredients

½ cup granulated sugar
1
teaspoon cinnamon
2
cans (16.3oz. each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
3
ripe bananas, sliced
½ cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped
½ cup butter (1 stick)
½ cup peanut butter
1
cup firmly packed brown sugar

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Generously grease a bundt pan with cooking spray. In a gallon size plastic zipper bag mix granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  • 2 Separate dough into 16 biscuits and cut each one into quarters. Shake in bag to completely coat. Arrange in pan adding peanuts and banana slices among the biscuit pieces.
  • 3 Put butter and peanut butter in a medium glass bowl and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or until melted. Mix in brown sugar and pour over biscuit pieces.
  • 4 Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in center. Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
  • 5 Turn upside down onto serving platter and serve warm. Cut or pull apart to serve.

Place a cookie sheet on lower rack in the oven to catch any drippings.
