Peanut Butter and Apple Crescents

Bake Pillsbury® dinner rolls filled with apple and peanut butter to make savory crescents - tasty dinner ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients

can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1/2
cup crunchy peanut butter
1
tablespoon apricot preserves
1
small baking apple, 8 slices
1
egg, beaten
  • 1 Separate dough into 8 triangles. Spread each triangle with peanut butter and preserves. Place 1 apple slice on short end of each triangle. Roll up loosely as directed on can. Place apple side up on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush with beaten egg.
  • 2 Bake at 375°F 10 to 13 minutes.
