I haven't tried this yet but it looks too good to pass up. After reading the reviews, why not use PB cookie mix instead of the sugar cookie mix?

Made the cookies today. Would I make them again? Probably not. As mentioned, there is no WOW factor. Barely a bacon taste. Maybe the stealth peanut butter would have made a difference. fYI? My melon baller scooper made only 23 cookies.

Okay...I made the cookies, and they were okay, but they were lacking that "WOW!" factor that I was really hoping for. When I did bite into a piece of bacon it was tough, and the bacon flavor didn't just jump out and grasp my tastebuds. Oh well...I still love cookies and bacon, just not together.

I noticed that too! I havn't made these yet, but I am this weekend, and I think instead of peanuts I'm going to try peanut butter chips. I've used them as a sub in a few other recipes and they're quite yummy. I'll post another review after I make them.

Am I missing something in the recipe and the description? The title says "peanut butter" and the despription says "made using Pillsbury sugar cookies, bacon and peanut butter", but where does it list PB in the recipe itself? I only see peanuts.
