Ingredients

2: fresh peaches, peeled, sliced

2: containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Custard Style® vanilla low-fat yogurt

1/3: cup chai tea latte mix (from 10-oz package)

1/2: cup milk

: Ground nutmeg, if desired

Directions

1 In blender or food processor, place all ingredients except nutmeg.

This smoothie is my Saturday morning treat, I love the freshness of the peaches with the spice of the Chai. I use vanilla Silk instead of regular milk, it gives it that much more flavor!
