I made this last week, except I used a large can of peaches from Sam's Club. I drained the peaches and added in some cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg. I had a larger roll of sugar cookie dough than what the recipe called for, but I used all of it on the pie. It was delicious!

This has become a big hit with my family. The ease with making and the best with flavor makes it a big plus for my busy crew. I have even added a frozen bag of mixed frozen fruit and it is equally loved.

Came out amazing! Only changes made were to add some spices, cloves, ginger, and cinnamon.... Family and co-workers loved it!

This was really yummy! I thought it was going to be too sweet with the cookie crumble on top, but it wasnt at all. It was just right it hit the perfect sweet spot!

I added afew more peaches (love peaches) but the cookie top was much too sweet for us. will not make again. will stick to a traditional crumb topping or cobbler mix for top.

It was easy and well received. At a party for 10 there was enough to send home extras and they weren't skimpy pieces. I used about 12 nice size peaches and more peaches could have been used. Will definitely make again.

This was probably a Bake-Off recipe and if so I'm sorry. The cookie dough was just too sweet. I mixed up 1 cup of box mix pie crust, added 1 TBL of sugar and crumbled it over the top. Just right for our tastes.
Great recipe and fast and easy. Have made it 4 times in the last 2 weeks. It rates 5 stars for peach lovers!!

I added some nutmeg and cinnamon to the brown sugar mixture. It really added a nice flavor boost to the peaches. This is really delicious!!
