This cookie was a hit with my Husband. However instead of using peach perserves I used apricot perserves. He ate all of them in 3 days. Therefore I will be making these cookies more often as they are easy and great tasting. Neenaw Thomas in Trinidad, TX

Best recipe and so easy to make. I changed it around somewhat and used strawberry on some and orange on the rest. WE don't drink so I didn't use the bourbon. Co-workers really went crazy over the taste and how easy they were to make. Also I used Walnuts on a second batch and they were even better. Play around and create your own style. Trying blueberries next.

These are scrumptious...and pretty!! I didn't get 32 out of the recipe, but maybe mine were somewhat larger. I made a batch to give as a gift, but, of course, wanted to try one before I gave them to someone special. By the time we all "tasted" a couple there weren't enought to give as a gift...but so simple to make and I was lucky to have bought 2 rolls of Pillsbury sugar cookie dough.

This was so good, even without the bourbon!! It tastes exactly like eating peach pie!

I've made it exactly to recipe, and also jazzed up. I used apricot preserves for the filling, added a couple tablespoons of ginger preserves to the dough and a splash of apricot brandy to the icing. People went crazy over those. Definitely.. a keeper.

Tasty and easy. I used rum instead of the bourbon for the drizzle and it was a good complementing flavor. I would make these cookies again.

I made this cookie for a family Holiday Cookie Contest - and this cookie was rated NUMBER ONE - it beat out 16 entries. The judges were new to our annual party and did not know who made the cookies. They are the best!
