My kids love this recipe! I made these for dinner one night and since my croissants were small I left them as a rectangle. And I lined my pan with foil for easy clean up especially as the jelly tends to leak out. I left out the sesame seeds and topped lightly with powdered sugar for fun. This is definitely something I'm considering making for their lunches at school.

I just made these this morning. I love peanut butter and jelly on toast for breakfast, and when I saw this recipe, knew I had to try it -- a different twist on the usual. And it was easy, since I already had the crescents in the fridge. Well, it's messy to make, you have to spread the filling pretty thin so it doesn't all pop out when you roll them up, and some of them leaked anyway, despite sealing all open edges as much as possible, leaving a sticky, baked on mess even on a non-stick pan. But they tasted yummy, and I'll probably do this again at some point. I'll keep this recipe handy !
