Took this Patriot cookie to a 4th of July party, everyone loved it. I even had to e-mail the receipt to friends. Excellent!

loved it! made it for July 4th and everyone loved it. I used strawberries as well as blueberries & raspberries. I did nto have apple jelly so used seedless raspberry jam instead and it was wonderful.

I made this for July 4 and all but 3-4 pieces were eaten. It was delicious. Also I did use strawberries rather than raspberries and I will definitely make it again.

MUCH easier to make than the original white chocolate fruit tart and almost as good!

I was amazed at how amazingly decadent this recipe tastes. I used Weight Watcher's whipped cream cheese and used sugar-free pancake syrup instead of sugar to make it a little healthier and it STILL was so yummy!!!

I enjoy this recipe. I put strawberries & blueberries in place of red raspberries. It was good.

this recipe is very easy. You can use any fruit you like and any jam to brush on top. I've used apriocot and strawberry jam. Fresh fruit works best...it just depends what you like and what's in season. I am not longer allowed at family functions unless I bring a Cookie Pizza.
