I haven't tried this recipe yet but will soon. Being a newbie to this site I am really amazed at how many of these recipes can be "customized" to fit my diet and tastebuds. If out of green beans - throw in some asparagus. During the summer - maybe even some squash. Lovin' it!

This was easy to make and tasted great. I didnt have leftover chicken so I just cooked some cut up chicken tenders in broth, and since my husband does not like green beans, I used thin asparagus cut in thirds.

The green beans were still crunchy, which I did not like, but otherwise, it was very good.

Large amount of flavor in a short amount of time. I changed the green beans to asparagus and capers.....
