I am not much of a cook but am trying to be. Honestly this was pretty easy to make. Although for an unseasoned cook it took a little longer to make. My husband is full blooded italian and he loved it. Will definetly have this again

What a fantastic recipe and so easy to make. Seriously, this is going into the weekday rotation...perfect when you want something delicious but don't want to spend all day in the kitchen. Kudos to Mary for a top-notch recipe!

I just made the chicken and used it for a quick chicken parmesan. The chicken was juicy, and my boyfriend LOVED it. I'm a good cook, and he said it might be one of his new favorites!

All I can say this is one of the best chicken dinners we have had in a long time. The family loved it.

Great fast meal! The spinach and garlic awesome. I used bow tie noodles with this dish. My husband loved it! Will be making this dish again.

This was a great recipe. It requires a lot of pots and pans, but it is definitely worth it. The flavors are great together and even the leftovers are good. I don''t use the tomatoes, but that''s because we don''t like them, but everything else is great. It also works with any kind of pasta.

Absolutly wonderful - very easy to prepare and very tasty - everything blended just perfect. My family told me to add it to the "make again list".

I needed a meal that I could put together in under an hour and have it somewhat fancy - we were having guests - but I was going to be gone all day - so I tried this dish. Fantastic - everyone raved and although I doubled it, there were no leftovers after the 5 of us inhaled it! You have to like garlic for this one. I think I''ll try dried tomatoes next time I make this in the winter. I live in northern MN and the "fresh" ones were tasteless - but it was January! It really is worth trying. Great for the family or company with a salad and crusty bread!
