This was very juicy and good. It took longer than 8 minutes for teh skin to brown, but was easy!

The first time I made the recipe as shown. The 2nd time, I used garlic-flavored olive oil and no butter. I didn't bake the chicken. I just browned it and then lowered the heat, added 1/3 cup chicjen broth and simmered it for 15-20 minutes. We like it better cooked the 2nd way.
