Ingredients

tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger

tablespoons lime juice

tablespoons honey

cups cantaloupe balls
2
cups honeydew melon balls
3 cups cubed fresh pineapple

quart (4 cups) fresh strawberries, halved or sliced

bananas, sliced

Directions

  1. 1 In large bowl, combine ginger, lime juice and honey; mix well. Add cantalope, honeydew melon and pineapple; stir gently to mix. Cover; refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight, stirring once or twice.
  2. 2 Just before serving, stir in strawberries and bananas.
