I made these for a Thanksgiving potluck and they were the ONLY thing to run out. The recipe is great and really doesn't need any tweaking, but I did drizzle mine with caramel after they baked. AWESOME! This is a new go-to for me!

I made these today with regular buttermilk biscuits, pkg of 10, didn't have Grandes. They roll out a bit less than four inches and take a little more than 1 tsp of filling. I used some chunky applesauce I made. They turned out just wonderful.

While visiting an apple farm yesterday with my 6 year old granddaughter, I bought one of their wonderful fried apple pies and asked for the recipe. The owner said he used his own applebutter made there on the farm and the pillsbury grands. I came home, found this recipe used their applebutter and the baked fried apple pies were as wonderful as the one I bought at the farm. Will use this recipe from now on.

Easy to make and they freeze well so us single folk can have a treat and not have to eat a whole pie!

These are great and very easy! We like to make a powdered sugar glaze for the top!

These apple pies were easy to make. When served warm they were good, but put in the fridge overnight and eaten cold the next day they were amazing! Perfect little treats you can eat with your hands!
