Heat oven to 375°F. Grease and flour bottom only of 8x4 or 9x5-inch loaf pan. In large bowl, combine all bread ingredients; stir 50 to 75 strokes with spoon until mix is moistened. Pour batter into greased and floured pan.
Bake at 375°F. for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients; blend until smooth.
Remove from oven. With long wooden pick or toothpick, immediately puncture top of loaf about 20 times. Drizzle glaze over loaf. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Wrap tightly and store in refrigerator.
