Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen broccoli florets
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger

    In large skillet, combine broccoli and 1/2 cup water. Sprinkle with thyme. Top broccoli with orange slices. Cover; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender.

    Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, combine butter, honey and ginger; cook over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until well blended, stirring occasionally. DO NOT BOIL.

    Remove orange slices; drain broccoli. Place an orange slice on each individual plate. Arrange broccoli on orange slice. Drizzle with butter mixture.
