Ingredients

4: cups frozen broccoli florets

1/4: to 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

1: orange, sliced

3: tablespoons butter or margarine

1: tablespoon honey

1/4: teaspoon ginger

Directions

1 In large skillet, combine broccoli and 1/2 cup water. Sprinkle with thyme. Top broccoli with orange slices. Cover; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
2 Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, combine butter, honey and ginger; cook over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until well blended, stirring occasionally. DO NOT BOIL.
3 Remove orange slices; drain broccoli. Place an orange slice on each individual plate. Arrange broccoli on orange slice. Drizzle with butter mixture.

I created it, of course I think its the best. It got my kids to eat Brocolli when they were younger. by the way it''s Springfield Massachussets, not Md.
