Melt margarine in small skillet over low heat. Add nuts; cook 3 minutes or until toasted, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in wafer crumbs and cinnamon. Set aside.
In large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk; beat with wire whisk for 1 to 2 minutes or until well blended. In small bowl, combine yogurt and spreadable fruit; blend well.
Just before serving, spoon 2 tablespoons pudding into each of 8 small parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Top each with 2 tablespoons yogurt mixture and 2 teaspoons crumb mixture. Repeat layers. Serve immediately.
