This is a great recipe! Easy to make and yummy. Leftovers are good too. A hit with everyone I've served it to. A real keeper.

Made this for Easter 2009. It was delicious! Loved the topping! Thought there was just a little too much crust for the amount of cheese filling, but overall its a keeper!

This was pretty good. Easy to make, although mine split like a lot of cheesecakes do. There didn't seem to be enough icing, but the taste was still very good. Pretty light tasting. Trying it with pineapple preserves might be a fun alternative too.

Everyone loved this dessert. Several people ask for the recipe. Very easy to prepare. I do think it taste more flavorful after it has been refrigerated for 24 hours. will be making it again.

I made this for my family and friends for Sunday dinner. It went very quick! Everyone loved it. My picky husband even liked it and wants it again. I did not use food coloring. The cookie crust makes the corner pieces just wonderful to eat! I will make this again and again.
