This is an amazing & creative dish. It's colorful and has such a great eye-appeal in its presentation. The flavor gives this recipe a tropical flair and so much so that it would be the meal to prepare when planning a romantic vacation to the Florida Keys or somewhere dreamy. I give it a 5-star rating! Good Luck to this Lady! I'd pick this one as the winner. Texture, color, flavor, healthy, delightful.

Never knew a fish sandwich could be so good. What a great idea to add the coconut. Will definitely add this to our summer lake dinners.
