Salad

cups shredded carrots

can (11 oz) mandarin orange segments, drained

cup halved seedless green grapes

Dressing

1/2
cup orange low-fat yogurt

teaspoon cider vinegar

teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. 1 In serving bowl, mix salad ingredients.
  2. 2 In small bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over salad; mix thoroughly. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
