Onion, Cheese and Almond Focaccia

package (14 oz) prebaked original Italian pizza crust (12 inch)
1/3
cup honey mustard
2
tablespoons butter or margarine
1
cup chopped onions
2
cups shredded smoked Cheddar or Gouda cheese (8 oz)
1/2
cup sliced almonds

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Place pizza crust on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread with mustard.
  2. 2 In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Cook onions in butter, stirring occasionally, until tender.
  3. 3 Spoon onions evenly onto pizza crust. Sprinkle with cheese and almonds. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.
