This was a hit at the party! Everybody loved it. I just changed it a little: used more onion, and gouda instead of brie. The gouda I covered the onion with the thin slices and then sprinkled fresh thyme and rosemary on top. Excellent!

I made this for a holiday party and it was a hit! The only thing I would say is to cut back on the brown sugar- it was a bit too sweet.
