Ingredients

cup corn flake crumbs

boneless skinless chicken breast halves

(16.3-oz.) can Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil.
  2. 2 In shallow dish, combine corn flake crumbs and seasoned salt; mix well. Place milk in another shallow dish. Dip chicken in milk; coat with crumb mixture. Arrange chicken in center of foil-lined pan.
  3. 3 Bake at 375°F. for 15 minutes. Remove chicken from oven. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Place biscuits in pan around chicken.
  4. 4 Return to oven; bake an additional 15 to 17 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear.
