Bake corn flake coated chicken. Serve the warm crispy chicken dinner made using Pillsbury® Grands!® Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits in 40 minutes.

Steps

  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil.
  • 2 In shallow dish, combine corn flake crumbs and seasoned salt; mix well. Place milk in another shallow dish. Dip chicken in milk; coat with crumb mixture. Arrange chicken in center of foil-lined pan.
  • 3 Bake at 375°F. for 15 minutes. Remove chicken from oven. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Place biscuits in pan around chicken.
  • 4 Return to oven; bake an additional 15 to 17 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear.

Expert Tips

It's easy to make your own corn flake crumbs. You'll need about 1 1/3 cups corn flake cereal to get 2/3 cup crumbs. Place the cereal in a resealable food storage plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin, the bottom of a small saucepan or your hands. This is a job the kids will love to help you with.
