Set oven control to broil. In large bowl, mix ground beef and turkey. Stir in remaining ingredients. Shape mixture firmly into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick. Place on broiler pan.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat 10 to 12 minutes, turning once and watching carefully to prevent burning, until thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 165°F. If desired, serve with salsa.
