GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. In medium bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, barbecue sauce and pepper; mix well. Shape mixture into four 3-inch patties.
Place each patty on 18x12-inch sheet of heavy-duty foil. Top each with 1/4 of the beans and onion rings. Wrap each packet securely with double-fold seals.
When ready to grill, place packets, seam side up, on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 20 to 30 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked.
