Couldn't find italian style tomato sauce so used tomato sauce for meatloaf so don't know if that affected taste, but it was very sour. I think there was too much acid from V8 and tomato sauce. Ended up straining juice out of it and added straight beef broth to turn it into beef-vegetable soup!
