These are just wonderful! I used raw sunflower seeds for the nuts, and substituted 1/4 cup whole wheat flour in place of 1/4 cup of the white flour in the recipe. A great, wholesome after-school snack!

I have tried other oatmeal raisins cookie recipes and none have turned out as good as yours. I added to half the batch some sweetened shredded coconut (as my daughter loves oatmeal raisins cookies without any additives) it is absolutely out of this world. Thank you I will use this recipe again.

I baked this cookies at 350 degrees and they were great, the only thing is that they were a little to sweet for me.

I found that 375 degrees was too hot with my oven because within 5 minutes my cookies burned.May be it's because my cookie sheets are too thin? I had to turn the oven down to 325 degrees.
