Ingredients

package (16 oz) frozen unsweetened sliced peaches

package (12 oz) frozen unsweetened raspberries
1/2
cup sugar

tablespoons cornstarch

roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated oatmeal chocolate chip cookies

to 3 cups vanilla ice cream

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix frozen fruit, sugar and cornstarch. Pour into baking dish.
  2. 2 Remove cookie dough from wrapper; crumble dough evenly over fruit mixture.
  3. 3 Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until topping in center is puffed and deep golden brown, and juices are bubbly in center. Serve warm or cool with ice cream.
