Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix frozen fruit, sugar and cornstarch. Pour into baking dish.
Remove cookie dough from wrapper; crumble dough evenly over fruit mixture.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until topping in center is puffed and deep golden brown, and juices are bubbly in center. Serve warm or cool with ice cream.
