Ingredients

cup granulated sugar

cup packed brown sugar

cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2
cup shortening

eggs

cups Pillsbury BEST® all-purpose flour

teaspoon baking soda

teaspoon salt
1 1/2
cups quick-cooking oats
1
cup chopped almonds
1
cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, beat sugars, butter and shortening with electric mixer on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. On low speed, beat in flour, baking soda and salt until well blended. Stir in oats, almonds and chocolate chips.
  2. 2 Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  3. 3 Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until light golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheets.
