I have made this recipe for every fish fry during Lent for our K of C Ladies' Auxiliary dessert sales. It sells so fast and I have had requests from some who want to buy the whole pizza.

I was looking for a dessert to make at my gathering. I'm so glad I found this one. It was really good. It melted in your mouth. The people at my gathering really liked it also.

this was so easy to make and really nice looking. you could fool people into thinking you went to a lot of trouble. It tastes really good, too. I like the differing textures of the crust, the caramel/PB, the chips, and the nuts.
