I made this on Christmas, I poured over ice with a few cranberries floating, and a apple slice. Everyone was drinking it up! It looked festive, was light and refreshing. Mine had more of a reddish color than the picture. I will make this again in the summer with mint and limes.

I made this on Christmas Eve & it was delicious...not to mention very easy to make. It was very refreshing to have with all the seafood appetizers. Making it again for New Year's Eve cocktail party!
